Great build! Seems to fly straighter that the wings but wont know till the video speed is increased for time on a long flight. The motors sound noisy like bearings or vibration. Motors can also be out of balance like props. Even ESC timing can effect sound. Vibration = Jello . The only time I have broken a propeller on a fixed wing is when I used the ESC brake with a non folding propeller. The brake stops the prop in a position that the prop is broken by the ground. Also folding props will let you stop a motor and fly with one.

Brakes are on and I would assume folding props to become a show stopper on the wings as the nacels are close to the wing.
The T1-Ranger is looking like a great plane, and nice setup. I did a double take at 8:56 at "bird", and the pan to a stopped prop. Just need to get your body one too, so can practice some formation flying, or chasing. This looks like a perfect plane for such adventures. :)

Nice Job 👍 I learned a lesson this weekend. I also had a problem with GPS-Fix on my Hee Wing F1 with a BS-180 while testing before the final assembly. Could hardly get 5 Sats. Trying a BN-220 wasn't any better Without the video transmitter connected I got 8 (BN-220 14) in short time. I was already suspicious, because that Eachine/AtomRC transmitter was pretty noisy on the neighbour channels. Today I changed it to a TBS Unify PRO32 Nano on a Mamba Filtering Board, that I also used with the Eachine. Guess what, GPS Fix in no time with everything attached and I have a way better Picture now in my goggles.. Lesson learned, don't use cheap crap...

Haha! I have an official mod now! Nice flight buddy, looking very smooth! It's possible to change the colour of the wing LED's independently if you have a spare WS2812 LED. You just need to solder it inline with the wires going to one of the wing connectors and then you can have full Nav lights. I had a flight out with my T1 today too, my ELRS must have been swamped by everyone using Crossfire resulting in complete RC loss, the plus side is I got to see the INAV failsafe with Auto-Land feature in action. It did remarkably well!
You are in the 900 band, right? I didn’t get to much trouble with my 2400! And thanks 🙏 yes it’s pretty smooth but I feel the stutters on the esc that need capping. I will look into the ws2812 mod by time and sort that out too. Just changed the cam to become something hi-res so I can begin to do that usual quality level I like to see myself ;) One thing I didn’t figure so far: How the heck are we too getting over to Leslie and his beautiful mountains!? ;-)

Ganz einfach: Installiere dir iNav 4.0 und dann suche dir im Mixer die Einstellung „airplane without rudder“ Mehr brauchst du nicht - wie du in episode 2 gesehen hast fliegt er damit sehr gut. Tuning war ja auch nicht viel. Ein sehr einfaches Setting also. Wenn du fragen hast, gib einfach laut ;)
Thanks- but about the 4s incant tell. I would assume the motors not to like it as they are rated for only 2-3S. They could end up like charcoal if the load gets to high. I will test the T1 on 4s soon but not all the parts have arrived so far
Depends on wind I guess! If you watch the latest episode (EP:04) then you can get an Idea of it. Commonly speeds about 60-80kmh can be done I guess. 4s1800 should do ... I ran 3s3000 LiPo in it the first flights and then there was almost no space left. Perhaps this helps you: you can put 2x18650 cells after another in it (6,5cm x 2 => 13cm) ...

The circuit board on my T-1 Ranger has this msg “2 - 6s Lipo 5V / 3A . Any idea what it means? The assembly guide does not mention it. Thanks for the unboxing videos.
It wants to tell you the the board is able to work with voltages from 2s-6s. Further it will deliver 5v to your components. But they can take a max of 3A as the inverter of the board can’t deliver more than that. Thanks for the Coffee btw ☕️ ☕️ - expect your name to show up in upcoming videos ;)

Already have a Jumper RC controller. Not sure what to purchase next. Probably should purchase a receiver to match the controller. Any advice about a receiver for the fuselage?

How did you get four screens on INav. I was only able to get a max of 3
Simple thing as INAV has four screens: default, alternative 1-3 ;-)
So if you don’t setup any alternative screen up, then you are in the default
