Hi Mike, can you ask Jay to do B-roll of the parts that have been fitted/modified when you're speaking about them or doing the walk about? Its hard to follow what you saying without actually seeing the changes because the camera is always on you. Thanks fellas, car looks great
According to BMW the 19's won't fit over the adaptive dampers (I read this on an Australian review). This is the same for the Mini Clubman JCW. So if they do fit then what's BMW's reasoning? I opted for adaptive and I don't mind the 18's but surely if you want 19's then the adaptive dampers would make more sense. Audi made you have 19's with mag ride on the last S3. Maybe it's a comfort thing. 19's with passive for a more aggressive set up or 18's with adaptive for a softer ride. Anyway, the car looks great. I'd be tempted with the wheels but that's all, my car is on finance😏
I am in Australia. In order to get the adaptive suspension I had to get the 18's. I opted for the forged 1YRs alloys V-spoke 554m together with the M Performance Package, which had the mirror black finish to front grille, tailpipes and mirror caps. I also added the automatic operation tailgate. When you get this combo there are certain items removed from the interior of the car. The BMW Australia sales rep & the BMW specification guide noted that it was in order to make the vehicle lighter for the engine over boost function, reducing 0-100kms down to 4.7 secs. The boot floor shelf, the small storage net, 12V power socket, the two USB ports near the rear seats, and the small storage compartment on the driver's side near the steering wheel are all omitted.
What tires does this car come with when speccing the 18 inch standard wheels also what tires does it come with when speccing the lightweight black wheels. It says it comes with high performance tires
@@MotechPerformance Also I noticed in your videos that bola wheels are predominately used in your video guys… in terms of after market wheels are them good or are there others brands?
Looks stunning. I still can’t believe the transformation that the Motech kit makes to the car. Love it. Nice work guys. Can you tell I’m excited !!

Go to the tyre menu , select Manuel change , press 19” done 👍
@@MotechPerformance does that void warranties with BMW?
Rose Borg nope it’s all in the dash your select 19” wheels
@@MotechPerformance I wonder how does the 19" affect the adaptive suspension in the long run
There must have been a reason why you could have the 19’s with the adaptive suspension 🤔
drivelinetime they will bring a car out with 19” wheels out later Iam sure ha

Chris Clokey Maxton will send them direct bud
