XR2 is slow, clunky, unreliable, faulty, and a waste of money. You would not believe how many times this thing breaks everyday. With no instructions on how to fix it and little to no help from Omnicell, I despise this robot. Sincerely, the underpaid overworked technician who has to restock this hunk of junk everyday.
