This video is about Lisa Nova. You can tell by the shadowy figure's stiff and shallow acting, just like LN. And because LN sucks, she is a vampire! In the video, Stevie is warning other YTubers that LN will come to steal ideas for bad parodies and bore you to death.
..that's how I interpreted this video, but I could be wrong. (I'm jokin' people don't start blasting on Stevie)
