Airborne Mountain Bike Club Halpatiokee trail work 6-18-22

Aidan chose to trail maintenance for his Bright Futures Scholarship community service hours. Saturday was our first time volunteering with the Airborne Halpatiokee crew… can’t believe how much was accomplished in just one morning by this outgoing, hardworking and sweat resistant team! Everyone shared the load with Scott imparting invaluable trail building wisdom and relentless wise cracks. Most of the lengthy sand trap on Steve’s Trail is now hard packed with berms and trail markers. We enjoyed spending a morning with great people, including three guys named Larry. Thank you all for the very warm welcome and good company. Happy trails!
