Last time i saw devil was when he was in asia 2 helping pandaking. His item was already almost t4 back then. Why do i feel like he's too soft for his level and item? Dont get me wrong. I mean he is strong for sure but he barely survive and take more than 5 skills. Unlike bro long and others, it'll take literally a lot of time to kill them
