What do you guys think Boise State’s record will be next year? Schedule: vs Florida State (Jacksonville) vs Marshall vs Portland State vs Air Force @ UNLV vs Hawaii @ BYU @ San Jose State vs Wyoming vs New Mexico @ Utah State @ Colorado State I’ve got them going 9-3 with losses to Florida State, BYU, and Utah State.
10-2 or 9-3 loses to Colorado state & utah state only cause they shot themselves in the foot in both games. Florida state is a ehh. Cause Andy Anvolves their long time DC is at oregon so might be sluggish come week 1
This was such an underrated game from the 2016 season. I watched this one live, and man it was a great game. It's interesting seeing Wyoming out of all places or states beating such a great team. Great season for them too, their best one this decade. College Football needs to hurry up.... Go Hoos!
Josh Allen’s real breakout game. Not in terms of performance, because he’d already had several really solid games, but this game put him on the map. One of the throws he made this game is one of the best throws in college football history. I’ll timestamp if it’s in here. 8:51
After all the Wyoming players graduated off this team, with Alan declaring early, they were 15 Wyoming Cowboys on regular season 53-man rosters, which was tied with Georgia for the third most of any college in america. And everybody erroneously thinks this team was just Josh Allen.
If you're hearing the names of these guys getting called early on, names like Andrew Wingard, Marcus Epps, Brian Hill, and more.... Wyoming currently is third in the NFL in active players, with 15. So let's hear that weird comment one more time. It's weird that Boise State has three times as many people to choose from and doesn't have as many pro players in. Wyoming can be proud of their program. And Josh Allen could be one of the best of the best by the time it's over.
@@adambeauvais2013 that's when you just bet against the ranked teams and keep the money. You could tell Wyoming wanted to do something big this game. They played their hearts out.
Ight. So I’m a Boise State fan. I’ve done all I can to just delete this game from my memory, but today is the day I face my fears. Games like this just break me You earned a sub tho, 😪
Not sure why you would call pass interference on the guy that tripped naturally, and the Boise quarterback threw it right to Rico Gafford. By the way, Gafford plays receiver in the NFL now. He wasn't going to drop that one.
As a BSU fan, I hope this next era in coaching we can finally get out of our own damn way. I loved Harsin, but his teams had a knack of shooting themselves repeatedly in the foot, causing losses. Not that Wyoming doesn't deserve the win here, they did / do, good on them. But hopefully we can stop shooting ourselves in the foot.
I have no beef personally with Lobos football. I never liked Bob Davie, especially when he let his team run up the score on Wyoming in 2016, plus his championship rings stunt. I'm less thrilled for UNM about Gonzales and I'm more impressed about the return of Rocky Long at DC. I'll be looking for the Lobos to be much more competitive in the future
Yes, this was a big win for Wyoming and a tough loss for Boise State, but if you feel sad, just check this out: www.winsipedia.com/wyoming/vs/boise-state Now 13 to 1.
Wyoming are one of the most inconsistent teams i've ever seen. They'll beat #13 Boise and #24 Utah State, but then get destroyed by dead-last Hawaii, New Mexico, and Uconn in the same year. Not sure how it happens.
Wyoming Have Not Won A Ranked Team First Time Since 2002 Beating #22 Air Froce And Today Wyoming Cowboys Go's to 6-2 4-0 MWC Boise State Falls To 7-1 3-1 MWC
Can't believe this happened. Wyoming football program in early 90's was garbage, they couldn't challenge at pussycat when I was there. Wyoming tech instute grad.
Such tough schedules these schools have. Next year they will probably play Helen Kellers School for the blind and Mother Tresa’s academy for disabled virgin girls.
When Wyoming beat Missouri, Clemson canceled their games in the Mountain West Conference, and the other big schools would follow suit. They gain Nothing by playing a team like Wyoming, which can beat them on a good day and make them look bad every other day. They don't get the 66-3 FCS scores out of the Mountain West to make themselves try to look better. East Coast teams need to come West more often so they can see what it's like.

PSC Highlights 11-1 with their only loss is to FSU (no bias)
It’ll probably be fine, but I’m not pumped to watch them this season which sucks
9-3 with the same losses that you had

Rypien is now a Denver Bronco and Allen is a Buffalo Bill. Love watching college ball.
and Wingard a Jaguar
MrQuestionBox hollister a seahawk

Not just the QB in NFL from that Wyoming team.....that was a deep team
Wyoming had 9 players record a stat in this game that ended up going to the NFL, and a few who didnt record a stat made it like Carl Granderson
It's nice to see a school like Wyoming win a massive game cause there a small school.and there the only D1 Football team in Wyoming
*they're
This is why I love College Football!!!!..Games like these!!!!!
It was even better when we waltzed into Tennessee and beat the Vols at home
Crazy how a dude from Wyoming became a NFL quarterback
He's actually from california and just played for Wyoming but yes

Go Bills!!!!
What’s even crazier are the following schools that don’t have a QB in the nfl:
Miami
Ohio State
Stanford
UCLA
@@TheMan750 Ohio State has Justin Fields.
this is the game where Wyoming football was born again tough. Go Pokes!
What a crazy game. Early highlights suggested Boise St was gonna roll Wyoming but nope, didn’t end up happening. Terrific comeback for the pokes.
The all to rare game-winning safety. Love to see it
It was actually October 29th, I think. I remember this week b/c it showed OSU-No.10 West Virginia, a game I was at.
an easTRANSmitter you’re right. I have no idea where I got October 11 from.
The amount of eventual NFL players in this game is impressive
Because I live in Laramie Wyoming I love watching these videos with Wyoming
Would love to see this happen again this weekend! Rams need a Wyoming W
Honestly the best era of Wyoming football. Josh Allen, Brian Hill, Tanner Gentry, Andrew Wingard, Marcus Epps, so many studs.
logan wilson, carl granderson, tyler hall, jacob hollister. insane roster. how we didnt win the MW is beyond me
@@NathanBehnkei agree,
Can get some Pitt upsets? '03 vs #5 VT, '07 vs #2 WVU, '08 vs #10 USF, '16 vs #3 Clemson
I was at this game and it was insane!
Wyoming is underrated. We gotta put some respect on their name.
Bills fan watching after they acquired Hollister.
Allen to Hollister was matched only by Allen to Gentry.
Buffalo now has all 3
Listened to this game while I was at work and remember jumping out of my chair when Boise fumbled out of the end zone :,) GO POKES
I wouldn't even call this an upset. This was a great Wyoming team and was very deserving of this win and the chance at a MWC title. Go 'Pokes!
Will I mean when you beat a rank team I called that an upset

Speaking of that 2019 game... Gods, am I happy Vigen is gone.

Ryan Potts thanks for being a good sport about it, a lot of fans like to get mad at me for making videos about their team.
PSC Highlights I don’t see the point in getting mad at you, it would be like yelling at Espn for showing highlights 😂
Ryan Potts yea man I really don’t understand some people lol
Can't be as bad as that 2010 34-31 OT.... But yeah I feel you that was pretty horrible
GINGOLO at least we had a chance in that game, losing on a safety just like us something you never see and never expect
Wyoming once defeated UCLA in a bowl game one year.
How in the name of Sam Hill was PI not called at 6:12????

This comment didn't age well :/
We may have small stadium but our fans know how to be loud
Whos here after that classic in KC!!
I was there. Pretty nice
Funny how 8 years later Brett Rypien is a backup with the Minnesota Vikings and Josh Allen is the 2024 NFL MVP
Lobos lost to Boise State in which they beat Wyoming in essence caused a 3 way tie for the Mountain Division #GoLobos 🐺🐾
yeah and in a three way tie Bob Davie got his players championship rings, good riddance to a moronic head coach
@@paulatreides1747 in retrospect, the hiring was bad long term, I’m glad we got a standout coach in Danny Gonzales. He’ll do us great

it was only by 2 points!
How was that not a flag on the interception by Wyoming? Wow
probably cause the Boise State wide out lost feet and tripped, not our fault
So we’re not gonna act like the refs just let them back in game 👀
How did they let them back in the game? Boise let them win the game by playing stupid
Such tough schedules these schools have. Next year they will probably play Helen Kellers School for the blind and Mother Tresa’s academy for disabled virgin girls.
