I actually do 😂😂 well I chew it and spit it out . Depending on the brand it can burn your tongue so I air out certain brands for a few days and then chew it. It tastes like deep freezer ice most of the times. I have 3 favorite brands I like to eat. If you do swallow it it will cause you to go the bathroom. So I don't swallow.

@@NellieB40Girl! you don’t eat the GymChalk ones!! 😂 If you’re gonna eat chalk you need to order the edible ones. You can chew and spit or straight up chew and swallow if you want too and it won’t hurt you. IMO Gymchalk does look so so soooo tasty but you’re not supposed to be chewing on it! Lol! (And also, just in case you didn’t know yet, it sounds like you probably have PICA. If you start taking iron supplements the cravings to eat chalk will go away 😊)
