TOP in his song claims that he's the one who understands the art he is providing and says that many people can't see nothing more than media is showing and that these people are just elements (chimpanzees) in game, "overheated media drives the people". TOP is huge art enthusiast (like for real tho there's not a day he isn't in some kind of museum or art gallery) so he sings "I stay calm and take care of the new inspirations", he also says he is a Sommelier which in context of a song means he's professional. Back to dadaism, he mentions Basquiat who through his work criticized leading systems and TOP also tries to persuade listeners to not to lose "the power of humans that our god gave". Basically at first this MV and song sound funny and kind of trippy but it has a very deep meaning which is hard to understand. Hope this helps 😊

But there was an art movement, especially in Europe, called "dadaism" that was basically like "stick it to the man" art... It was to show that basically anyone could say something was art, so therefore who could argue it wasn't? For instance, someone could take a snow shovel they bought at the hardware store, turn it upside down, call it art, and sell it for a ton of money...
