Sometimes you need to buy smart and that is what Bayern is doing, finding a player as Sane for 40 million is cheap nowadays, patience is the key for any negotiation
Imagine that Bayern has since ever 0 debts nor they have a sugar daddy from Arab, Russia or US. Clubs like Juve, Inter, Milan, ManC, ManU, Liverpool, Chelsea, Real, Barca, PSG, Red Bull etc. has either huge debts or a sugar daddy. Also, Bayern highest transfer expense on a single player was 42 million Euro until last year. Even other clubs paid more 25 years ago. Bayern is literally the only club in Europe which could claim to built a real dominance by themselves.
Been having Bayern München as favorites to the CL title ever since the beginning of the group stages. They've been superior all the way, winning every match and only Olympiakos giving them some struggle in Pireus. Both Chelsea (7-1 agg) and Barca were truly terminated, though the latter single match quarter final will be the one remembered, probably also leading to Messi leaving the club of his life. I see few clubs beating the German champions now and none of those left in the semi finals. They are heading for new heydays.
I am so happy and so proud of my team. Like amongst all the strife and disorder in the world and my busy and overwhelming schedule, the success of Bayern München fills me with pride and hope. Mia san Triple? Maybe. I hope Hansi Flick can reach the same heights as Jupp. #miasanmia Danke und servus.
Tbh it is the winning mentality the team has and fear they instill in others. If other trams can overcome this mentality that Bayern are the best, they will topple the dominance of Bayern
If they manage to keep their form. Luckily for them they have a big advantage in the first game vs Chelsea, so it's a good game to get back to their form.
Haters are talking about how bayern bought all of bundesliga's talents. Let me remind you, muller was from the academy, davies was a teenager that we transformed into the worlds most expensive LB, kimmich was also relatively unknown until pep made him the best rb( now dm) itw, neuer and boateng also became world class at bayern. Gnabry was average at arsenal, but now he's one of the most expensive wingers out there. Our most expensive signing was hernandez(which i think is still overpriced), and it's a huge gap between our 2nd most expensive signing. As a matter of fact our entire starting xi costs less than coutinho's fee to barca, let that sink in.
I think the Bundesliga teams have no chance because they have such a long break until UCL continues. I think it'll be Juventus cause the Italian league is still going
I think bayern are better, they are more conservative with getting better talent for cheaper whilst Real go for the most expensive talents that are already proven. Either way works.
Well Valverde, Casemiro, Odegaard and Asencio weren’t actually that expensive. But if you are talking about Vinicius, Rodrygo, and Brahim in which they combine 100 plus million euros then yeah you have a point.
Clueless Löw (how is he still in charge of Germany after 2018?!) needs to bring back Müller and Boateng to the squad, especially if they maintain this level next season.
This decade in the Champion's League, Bayern München have been to 4 semi-finals, 4 finals & won 2 (both trebles). Thats more appearances in last 4 than the entire Premier League combined, and yet you could still argue that they've underachieved slightly. Thats why they've dominated Bundesliga, not because its a "farmer's league" like casuals like to claim. Teams like Dortmund, Leipzig (with Werner) or Gladbach would be title challengers in most top european leagues, its just Bayern that are on another level...
At the end of the day, it´s the board that makes the decisions aka. Hoeneß (now retired) and Rummenige. They themselves always stated that they´re done with their work at Bayern, once they found the right people to take over from them. Oliver Kahn and Hasan Salihamidzic are those successors, with the Bayern gene running through their veins. I mean, Kahn WAS Bayern in the 2000´s, the former leader on the field is now the leader of the club... It´s beautiful

Man, this Bayern team really looks terrifying. They're honestly favourites to win the champions league. Although I would love to see Real Madrid win again ♥️ But I just gotta admit Bayern are in a beast mode rn.
Uli Hoeneß is insane. When he took over this was just a mediocre Club with a few good seasons and comparably high debt. He made this club a global player without any crazy transfers.
It’s messed up when people say that they’re tired of Bayern winning the bundesliga. While the resulting title wins remains consistent, Bayern have proven time and time again that they work extremely hard to win the title every season, something that the rest of the clubs have failed to do.
exactly, and also it's not just about how good the Bayern players are it is because they have a winners mentality. If you look at last year for example, we were 9 points behind in the first half of the season but we kept on winning consistently till the end while Dortmund couldn't even take advantage of a 9 point gap. This shows that teams like Dortmund, B. Monchengladbach, RB Leipzig etc. dont have the right mentality to win the league.
king kong I know, people completely overlook the consistent effort it takes to win the league every single year. They’re always salty that Bayern are too good
I think what is the Bayern route to gliry: pick the best guys from the second line who want to step up and are hungry for success. Other clubs buy guys from the first line who then fall flat because they feel successfull just by joining those clubs.
I come to this channel, both for the high quality football analysis and the added entertainment value of European names properly butchered by an American accent. Never change.
Bayern Munich is so efficient. I mean the top 2 clubs Bayern and Dortmund are superb in forming a good squad with less amounts of money. It is just mind boggling to think if the PL clubs became as efficient as them, with the money they have they would really knock off the other teams. Take Arsenal and Dortmund, both have similar budgets(Arsenal has a slightly higher) still Arsenal is damn inefficient signing players like Cedric and Luiz. I just wish someone like the Kroenke family is watching. As a fan I can just dream
Don't forget Wolfsburg and schalke were balling 3 years back with the likes of de Bruyne, perisic, sane, draxler. Klopp brought the Bundesliga efficiency to the prem, won the league and UCL with 1/4th of the money united and city spent
Then again, if they do have the same budget as the other big teams, they might also make the same mistakes. I think one of the reasons why German teams are really smart in the transfer market is the 50+1 rule.
@@kamyar9782 you can't generalize that. A lot of bundesliga teams suck with handling money too. Look at Hamburg and their downfall e. G. Or schalke, wolfsburg.
The biggest surprise for me was Niklas Süle establishing himself as the #1 CB (quite wuickly, too). Of course injuries to both Boateng and Hummels helped, but they just couldn't get that spot back from him which amazed me.

The use of young talent is not just a bayern thing but a German thing. So many young kids are bought because of the money system in the bundesliga. Teams just do not have the same level of money as other leagues. Look at the entire league, constantly buying young players or developing their own. A league not dictated by money, best league in the world, change my mind
The only thing that stops the bundesliga for being the best League in the world is the 50+1 rule. German teams are healthy and actually could buy big players but the 50+1 rule makes it difficuilt
Don Jon But That is the reason why the Bundesliga develops their Own Talents instead of having to buy them from Teams like Dortmund Gladbach Leverkusen and Leipzig because in Germany we don‘t just break rules but we life by them Not like Barcelona Man City or PSG
Lorenz Stoeckmann but that’s also why bundesliga only have 1 top team and not as strong as premier league or la Liga. Premier League first 4 teams are better then number 2 of Germany, la Liga also. They also do not buy with Intelligence, for example look at Chelsea they sold Hazard who is almost 30 years old and bought Pulisc, a very young player and similar characteristics as Hazard, Hazard is a good player but with a lot of injuries and that is the worst enemy for a player. Sometimes you need to buy smart and that is what Bayern is doing, finding a player as Sane for 40 million is cheap nowadays, patience is the key for any negotiation
Ricardo Suarez and Bayern won the best league? :0

Well Low-Balling Dortmund's and Schalke's best players helps, but good point
Been having Bayern München as favorites to the CL title ever since the beginning of the group stages. They've been superior all the way, winning every match and only Olympiakos giving them some struggle in Pireus. Both Chelsea (7-1 agg) and Barca were truly terminated, though the latter single match quarter final will be the one remembered, probably also leading to Messi leaving the club of his life. I see few clubs beating the German champions now and none of those left in the semi finals. They are heading for new heydays.
As an olympiacos fan, I was happy and surprised we were able to put up a fight. Even if we didn't win, we did get a 3 2 result
Didn't Alex Ferguson have the same type of mentality, where he didn't want a transitional period but a permanent peak.
Yes but in Premier league title races was not about 2 football clubs so United missed a lot of titles even with this mentality.

Yea Hernandez really overprize.. but Martinez or Boateng have to change because gettin old or injury

Well Valverde, Casemiro, Odegaard and Asencio weren’t actually that expensive. But if you are talking about Vinicius, Rodrygo, and Brahim in which they combine 100 plus million euros then yeah you have a point.
Bayern more better because not really buy extra prize to bench player
I would agree that they're both the best run clubs but Madrid still loses patience sometimes and spend more than they need to for a young player.

It’s messed up when people say that they’re tired of Bayern winning the bundesliga. While the resulting title wins remains consistent, Bayern have proven time and time again that they work extremely hard to win the title every season, something that the rest of the clubs have failed to do.
unthoughtful defensive
comment
thoran Ng care to elaborate?
exactly, and also it's not just about how good the Bayern players are it is because they have a winners mentality.
Its a dead league.
king kong I know, people completely overlook the consistent effort it takes to win the league every single year. They’re always salty that Bayern are too good
I think what is the Bayern route to gliry: pick the best guys from the second line who want to step up and are hungry for success. Other clubs buy guys from the first line who then fall flat because they feel successfull just by joining those clubs.

BAYERN 4 life! I love Hansi Flick!
Bayern Munich is so efficient. I mean the top 2 clubs Bayern and Dortmund are superb in forming a good squad with less amounts of money. It is just mind boggling to think if the PL clubs became as efficient as them, with the money they have they would really knock off the other teams. Take Arsenal and Dortmund, both have similar budgets(Arsenal has a slightly higher) still Arsenal is damn inefficient signing players like Cedric
and Luiz.
I think lecister city have managed to do this. Helps when the best striker in the epl is also in it
Then again, if they do have the same budget as the other big teams, they might also make the same mistakes. I think one of the reasons why German teams are really smart in the transfer market is the 50+1 rule.
@@kamyar9782 So right
@@kamyar9782 you can't generalize that.
Bayern should buy a 20-22 years old striker and build him up behind Lewandowski. Zirkzee is cool and i like him, but they need a young Striker with huge potential. Otherwise they will lose their minds when Lewy is leaving or retiring.

Bayern has been the best team in Europe for awhile under Flick.
In the WORLD
The use of young talent is not just a bayern thing but a German thing. So many young kids are bought because of the money system in the bundesliga. Teams just do not have the same level of money as other leagues. Look at the entire league, constantly buying young players or developing their own. A league not dictated by money, best league in the world, change my mind
Absolutely 💗
Bundesliga miss big names in teams they only develop them and sell them wich is good for income but not in terms of competitive. Since 2013 only Spanish and English teams have won the CL, also before 2013 bayern won it last time in 2001 in 20 years a German team only won CL 1 times. And Europa League more then 20 years ago
They'll never run out of talent as long as *Dortmund* exists. 😆🤷♂
