Здесь склеек много. Хорошо клеить вырезки из фильмов, они идут сценами.
Так как уже видим склейки, это не оригинальное видео с камеры. Как мы видим на одном куске из видео ускорение. Это может быть не перевертыш, а просто наложен эффект ускорение. Движение камеры, можно сделать программно, частично обрезая видео. Но если это делалось не в профессиональном видео редакторе типа after effects, то возможно опять же есть вырезки, так как заметил камера дергается, как будто снимали на телефон прошлого века, но разрешение видео расставляет все по местам.

It makes sense, there are coils/springs inside the cylinders, the pistons are used to hold the coil/spring while doing the job they where intended for along with the connecting rod and wrist pin. The coil does the compression and the rebound, heck, put a firmer coil inside those cans and it'll go faster, it'll probably break the welds from the vibration but it'll go faster. Or they could even have a double coil inside kinda how you have dual springs in a high horsepower engine head. The red wheel could also be balanced heavier slightly on one side to help with favorable inertia. As long as those main bearings are properly greased this thing will work

Even if this would work, which it absolutely will not, as soon as you put any kind of load/resistance on those pulleys to actually use this "free energy" it would drag the engine down. Better keep that rope handy.

It's a trick.....in all reality it keeps going because of the air pressure in the cans. The holes in the end of the can is so it can keep pumping in more air with each stroke. He also lined the inside of the cans with blinker fluid. The blinker fluid forms a layer of silicon to the piston creating a small vacuum that sucks up and forms a small amount of rust that lubricates everything.

You can hear the video is reversed. What they did was spin it up with an engine then loosen the tension on the belt and take it off and record it slowing down till it was near stopping then reverse the video so it went from slow to fast to make it look like it speeds up.
