Comparing myself to a very famous friend of mine was dragging me down. She’s the same age as me. It took a while, but I got over it by being truly happy for her successes.
I'm not really making Dead Man Talking videos anymore...but strangely enough just yesterday I was thinking about making a videos on the antidote to being a hater. 😂 True story. I know yours is actor specific, but all boils down to the same thing, ultimately, right? Excellent content, as ever, brother. 100% agree on it all especially the 'mental poison' thing.

I struggle with that one. As far as I see Meisner whole idea was based on responding truthfully to your environment and fellow characters. Which you should be doing at all times anyway....
@@OrganicActing Agreed. But maybe you can re-touch on the entry level way to do this anyway. Perhaps much of the video could just be that - not so much Meisner but entry level tips for people who want to learn that naturalistic way. Plus, it might bring you more subscribers who were googling Meisner. 😎
Yeah. I've chewed it over a lot. I just don't know how to get a whole video out of it. Could just put 'You talkin' to me?' on a loop for twenty mins... 🤭
@@OrganicActing 😂 Maybe it could be an assortment of interrelated lessons and concepts? Doesn't need to be just Meisner. You know I'll watch all you put out though, man. So you just do whatever you think is best, and I know that'll be great. 👏
