100% correct, the body keeps the score. I've just had flinchlock therapy to release the stored energy in my legs and hips following an impact trauma many years ago. I limped in with an open mind and floated out a convert. I'm in my 50s and can say with confidence that most allopathic doctors are clueless about how to heal anything. Become your own health advocate, we are designed to heal.

I had a very similar issue with tight hamstrings and could not get them to release. I did everything - stretch, jacuzzi, PT, chiropractic, etc. A chiropractic who was studying the connection between the body and the mind (neurological connections) and proprioception was vital to solving my issue. He had me use OCN screens to get my mind to release the misconception about where my body was in space. Basically, my mind told my body I was falling all the time, so it tightened. This is another piece of that puzzle.

Fascia is very important - and an integral aspect of movement and healing! My AIS mentor taught me about it in 1997 and it hit mainstream media a couple decades later (at least superficially). But in this country, usually an MRI proceeds surgery. Rarely do medical professionals cut without imaging to justify it. Fascia, neurology, and kinesiology are reasons some people improve and some people don’t after surgery. But it does take more than a knife to restore function! Working with the brain, fascia, tendons and functional movements are all necessary.

Ranveer, this is also called Varma kalai or Varma healing in Tamil Nadu. This is not new , it's been there for thousands of years. There is this healer who comes to Chennai the first week of every month and heals people. I suffered from Vertigo for a whole year , my head would spin so fast and I would just fall down on the floor. It became dangerous and we'll known allopathic doctors in Chennai couldn't do much for me. Then I was taken to this healer by a cousin . The treatment went like this , he just held my wrist and within a fews minutes said the blood is not flowing normally to your brain and promised he'll heal. He just touched a few nerve points on my back and shoulders. It lasted less than 3 minutes . That's it. I had to return to him for the afternoon session for the same healing and for 4 days ( morning and afternoon ) . And had go for 3 months, during the first week.
THATS IT. IT WAS DONE. AND IM PERFECTLY OK. GREATFUL TO GOD.
