Long time follower, but when you said you wouldn't read a male romance author like "what do you know," I think there might be more male romance authors than you know--I'm pretty sure you might've reviewed a secret male author using a female pen name. Can only speak for myself, but I am traditionally published under a female pen name and am a moderate bestseller using my girl name (Amazon, and Wall Street J, not NY Times because they have a different system). I will independently publish on my real name with 2 titles coming out next year. I'm using the same editor as P Douglas, and my female readership have not had problems on goodreads and Amazon reviews. Am happy to send you an ARC prelease and you can decide if even chapter 1 is boring. Lots of love anyhow, and keep rocking.

Girl I know your not really into serial killer’s but you really need to try the butcher and the blackbird by Brynne Weaver it’s a fun quick read good humor but you need to listen on audio to really appreciate it’s a slow burn but worth the wait I think anyway would love to hear what you think about it even it doesn’t float your boat!
I’m glad you said that about tell me what you want. I love Lucia’s writing as much as you do. The book was good but it just felt so rushed. And if I was blind to the author, I wouldn’t have known it was Lucia. I miss her traditional writing.
Jagger Cole is so good. Vicious Hearts is my favorite from him. Cillian, my little 🖤 villain -you put the other mafia men to shame. Neva Altaj is definitely under-rated too. Love her stuff. For a bit on the internet people were claiming she was plagiarizing another author. I've read the stuff from the other author and 😏definitely Not. The other author leans much more into the horror mafia romance aspect and is not as good. They do both write mafia romance and use some of the same tropes, which like 90% of mafia romances. So that might be the reason some people are sleeping on her. Frankly, I like her stuff better than Sophie Lark or Cora Reilly(other than her serial killer duology, which I 😍, but most of her other stuff is fine...it's fine🤷♀️). But I like the darker heros so authors like Kenya Wright, Sam Mariano, Adelaide Forrest, Danielle Lori, Jagger Cole and Neva are more my jam. The ♥ wants what the heart wants. 😉🤣

the only book i read that i can positively say i loved and enjoyed is Madame by Sara Cate. any other book that i tried to read wasn't exciting and i never finished so this month, i am reading Black Sheep by Brynne weaver & Alexa Harlowe, i'm going in blind so far it sounds like there action and i'm looking forward to try Jagger Cole.
You should read the Fausti Family Series by Bella Di Corte! It’s so good! Also if you haven’t, you should read Owned by the Bratva King by Jagger Cole 🙌
I’ve just found a new author, Cristy Cunning. Her books are free on audible premium plus. I went in with some scepticism but oh my god! They are funny. They have great, strong female leads and somewhat clueless guys. The series are reverse harem but sex isn’t that important. They are also paranormal but in the best way. Im normally not in to “funny” books but I laught out loud. I’m currently listening to “All the pretty monsters” series after listening to the Dark side series”. I’m usually in to maffia and dark stuff but I just love this!
