Your videos are great. I've tried Notion so many times but always quit due to the complexity. But now I got into it and the flexibility is amazing at organizing my life!

What's Better using Sub projects or tasks within a project? There seems to be overlap here I'm unsure which would work best

Thanks for sharing! I'm having an issue with modifying a copied database in Notion without affecting the original one. When I change the data in the copied database, the original one is changing at the same time. Do you have any advice on how to keep the two databases separate? Thanks!

Is it possible to put the template in a page so that when I modify the page, the template changes ? It would be much more easier than going to the button fonctions to modify (or complete) the template...

Hopefully we will soon have the option to apply a DB template within a button!
This would improve this kind of workflow so much 😊

Can you do a video on recurring tasks and templates if you have a solution to what I'm struggling with. When I create a task through a template which I'm using to count what I've completed. Example I have a goal to message 20 people a day, I have a goal column and a completion column and a formula to track it and I've set up another table with a page with a relation and rollup that tally's the sum of each time I complete that task.
What happens is that the template gets counted each time too which skews the percentage completed.
So far to fix this, I have a relation to the page on that second table called 2023, and for the title of each page I have it titled > DM's % Total.
I have a filter set up so that each time the recurring task is added it's relation is to the page 2023, then on the other table I have filter for relation to include pages with 2023 (AND) DM's % Total.
For the template I left out DM's % Total and left the Page 2023 in the relation (I found out including the relation to both would add it to the database where I'm tallying the rollups)
So on the original database I have a text column with the name of each category, in the case of the DM (messaging activity) called DM's % Total, that way I can quickly copy and then paste it in the relation column to quickly add DM's % Total to that page to be filtered and tallied in the 2nd Database.
This isn't the worst way to do it, but it was super confusing to set up and I was hoping to provide an Activities Tracker to clients and was thinking making recurring tasks would be easiest but then this extra step will be confusing and easy for them to forget so it's not so automated and not a good option.
I can share the link with you if you're lost with my description

is there a way to make a notion template that has an automatic reminder. So pretty much the template creates itself every day and there is a reminder for the same day at 9am for example.
