Excellent reaction. I know how you feel, because for me Yanni's music not only touches the soul, it massages it in pure rapture. Close your eyes when listening and perhaps you'll see a myriad of colors and shapes.
Every time I hear Prelude I get chills. Pedro Eustache is such an amazing artist and a friend. Prelude re-centers my soul and Nostalgia always gives me the energy to continue on. Two of my favorite Yanni pieces.
Congratulations!! You have stepped into the realm of Yanni. :) You nailed it when you said Joy and Life. Please more reactions to him; I believe you enjoy it.
He plays for Hans Zimmer as well! He plays for everyone! He's considered as one of the best of our era at wind instruments! He has a collection of around 200 different wind instruments and know how to play all of them! He's clearly amazing!
You get to a point where all you want to see is reactions by people that haven't yet experienced Yanni. He's been composing and doing concerts since the late 1980s (and I was there, then). Have been to MANY of his concerts and they are absolutely mesmerizing. Shame on those who are afraid to dive into this. They have so much to learn.
I LOVE the dueling violins, i can just watch over and over and over - Thank you for reacting, best version would have been the 1993 live at the acropolis, another from 1993 at the acropolis is called Aria
Until the Last Moment is my favorite of all time. The history on that is also very sad as it was written around the time that he lost his father. His whole family is extremely close. When he and Samvel play this together, it takes me beyond sad and into the next happiness that is hard to imagine, but seems to be explained here. Psssssst. There is a lot of explanation in his "Master Class" set of videos. I hope you will all will indulge, you'll learn a lot about how these brilliant compositions come to the sound you hear when you are at a concert. Even his grand piano is playing those keyboards. Hard to imagine, get more coffee and dive in.
I couldn't understand you better. I am so happy that this is the song through which you discovered Yanni. I also discovered him through this song 6 years ago, and I fell in love with his music. I strongly recomment you go and check out Yanni's RUclips channel and all of the music he's got on there. I especially recomment the song "Acroyali Standing in Motion", Live at the Acropolis, it's also from a live performance. And the album "In My Time", where you dive in a way more personal feeling because it's almost only piano. If you want Pure Yanni on the piano, go and check out the album "In his Purest Form" And a last one : Watch the live performance of "Truth of touch" = Live at el morro I wish you an enjoyable journey of fdiscovering Yanni's music 😊😉
You should watch the Live At the Acropolis Concert and the Tribute concert in China/India. The Yanni Voices concert has some pretty incredible performances by Chloe Lowery and Ender Thomas.
New subscriber here!! Loved the reaction bro. You are literally the "only one" i know of who reacted to Yanni on youtube. Thanks lol. But if you're interested in another one, try "yanni- rain must fall" live at Acropolis! Will blow your mind bro. Thank you 👍
I would suggest you look at the live at the Acropolis whole concert he actually plays nostalgia there too but it's a lot of his old hits and a lot of great music that he has on that one cuz I remember watching it on PBS and A lot of people start getting into yanni I was already into yanni before this cuz he's been out since really the '80s but people didn't really catch on to him till he did that concert and I would suggest just looking at that full concert
And he doesn't read music. People who can translate to the trained musicians from all over the world are hired to cause the music to go to paper. This is one magnificent composer.
I want to suggest another artist David Arkenstone who has a similar style as Yanni mostly New Age but with a type of classical blended with rock and pop
Try the album of Yanni Truth of Touch this album is way different from what he usually played but that album is awesome as well I loved it. I have the live cd album 🤩
Correction: Many more of Yanni. There are plenty of performances to choose from. He's been busy and the way he does it is so much more to learn and love about him.
Like someone else said, welcome to the world of Yanni. We’re glad you’re here. Lol. I’d love to see you react to this video! ruclips.net/video/mwIe-zxTt7E/видео.html
P.S. Every single one of his compositions and productions will do the same thing to you. If you get the blessing of having a concert near you ..... SPEND THE MONEY AND GO.
Maybe if you shut up for more than one minute, you'd actually learn something without disrespecting an ancient instrument! I hate people who keep interrupting such a great masterpiece like Prelude!
Duduk is not only saddest armenian instrument but also is saddest one in the world...Samvel and Pedro are BEST
With all due respect I Agree with you,but try to listen to Sarangi (An indian Classical Instrument)
Excellent reaction. I know how you feel, because for me Yanni's music not only touches the soul, it massages it in pure rapture. Close your eyes when listening and perhaps you'll see a myriad of colors and shapes.
Duduk Armenian 🇦🇲 tradition instrument ,,, good reaction 👍 from Armenia 👍🇦🇲
First 2 violinists are Armenian as well. Thats why he paired them with the duduk.
Мелодия тоже армянская. Первая часть.
I had the beautiful privilege of being at that concert. This is one of my favs of his!!! Nightengale is truly magical from this same concert.

Երկու ջութակահարներն էլ հայեր են,Սամվել Երվինյան և Արմեն Մովսիսյան,դուդուկնել հայկական գործիք է,շնորհակալություն Պետրոսյան,հրաշալի կատարման համար
His mother named this piece. It may be his best work. He’s a genius, a master at composition.
First time to know that, also he named one of his master piece after his mother name ❤️
I enjoyed this reaction. It's wonderful to witness a genuine happy reaction to real music like this!

He plays for Hans Zimmer as well! He plays for everyone! He's considered as one of the best of our era at wind instruments! He has a collection of around 200 different wind instruments and know how to play all of them! He's clearly amazing!
I LOVE THAT YOU REACTED TO THIS! The music is soul touching and universal, the way Yanni wanted it.. the talent in his orchestra is TREMENDOUS!

Shame on those who are afraid to dive into this. They have so much to learn.
Consider the fact that he reached this point, teaching himself piano when he was young.
This entire concert is gold...although this is my favorite part.
Thank for the reaction.
I LOVE the dueling violins, i can just watch over and over and over - Thank you for reacting, best version would have been the 1993 live at the acropolis, another from 1993 at the acropolis is called Aria
