Beautiful work! The arm and 401 look high class together.

I hope that unipivot arm is well damped! The Nagaoka MP series all have high compliance which makes them susceptible to warps in high mass arms.

      Hi, thanks
I use a horizontal pivot bearing from a hard disk bearing, this is very good and with a tangent for a length of 16" . It is smaller and provides good stability.

I built a 16" arm one time. Wanted to improve on it and read about an analysis that weighed the pros and cons of 9" up to 16" and they concluded that a 9" is the best length overall in terms of performance. ( 16" wins the cool contest hands down though. ) And I recall preferring the sound of the 16" over the 9" that I ended up with.
9" sure makes for a more practical TT footprint.

Hi, Thank you for your appreciation.
I have no plans to sell the DIY TA, because I made this for myself , just hobby and this is a Tone arm project 7-8 years ago. I have no plans to make it back.
