History of Santa Monica's Broadway Neighborhood

As part of our new exhibition Broadway to Freeway: Life and Times of a Vibrant Community, our archivist Sara Crown joins Quinn Research Center founders Carolyne and Bill Edwards to share the rich history of the Broadway neighborhood; from its early 20th-century beginnings to the 1960s and its influences such as eminent domain that contributed to tearing it apart.
