If you wanna do SE degree there's this option in sri lanka, called foreign degree. 3 years in SL and last year in the selected foreign university. If you do so, the university will guide you. So don't need to get lost in usa

College fees are less than university. but only have two years degree. after finishing college have to transfer for a university.
