Those birds are awesome some are like 5 feet tall. I'm a photographer have watched them very curious birds will come close after hours to check you out. Sandhill Cranes there sound can be heard a long way off lol.
well I prefer using a bigger rod than most and stiffer than most when I'm fishing a worm. So I was using my 7'11 extra heavy fast okuma rod but I've put this reel on a bunch of rods since this video.

I love those birds! They flew over my house as a kid and it was always the same time. 5:40p everyday.
