The form would not work on my phone, It would not let me fill out the flight info. Then on my Mac computer, it said my data was already submitted. Then I tried on a PC computer and it worked fine. On my trip, I have to take my Mac computer, not sure how this will go if I have to fill this out to exit the country. What a headache.

I'm departing from the US with Brazil as my final destination. I have a quick (~3 hours) connection in Colombia and have NO INTENTIONS in entering the country. I just need to get to my connecting flight. I'll do the same thing on my way back. Do I still need to fill out this Check-Mig since I'll only stop in Colombia for a ~3 hours connection?
Any visitor who intends to cross the Colombian border must own a copy of the Check-MIG travel document upon departure or arrival from/to the country. If you're not entering the country (meaning that you remain in the transit area) then you do not have to fill out Check MIG. If the airline tells you to do it anyway, then you can do it online and it only takes 5 minutes, tops. Thanks for watching!

We got it to work by doing it quickly, otherwise the website starts acting weird and glitchy. I suspect something in their code "times out" Specifically we were getting stuck on adding the 'Hosting Data' because our 'City' wouldn't give us a selection. Remember, if you're from the United States, look for "ESTADOS UNIDOS" as your nationality and country of origin. Good luck!

Form is a headache! The website says 72 -1hrs before arrival, but I'm learning it's really 24hrs. The next thing is I went thru the entire things and it said I was already registered. How so when it's the 1st time I've even opened the page? Video would've been better if they visually walked us thru it rather than talk us through. Too many issues with the app or process.

We’re trying to fill out this form right now in Costa Rica, our flights tomorrow. We don’t have laptops with us and using your phone to fill out this form is impossible! The website is extremely glitchy, we’ve filled out the form 100% correctly but when we press next after filling out the address of where we’re staying nothing happens.. just a small glitch and just stays on the same page.. I literally missed my flight because of this form. I checked in at the airport, and that was when they told me this form needs to be filled out. I got a lot of errors and because of that I missed my flight. Airports and travel agencies should have told me in advance that this form needs to be filled out.

This is the most shit page I've every seen in my life! I was mentally already planing not to be able to fly when my wife had a plan: Her sister in Colombia! This form is a disgrace. The most poorly designed application I have ever been required to use. It complains about required fields that do not exist on the form, flight information is found only on certain web browsers, confirmation emails not being sent. It's a joke of a website and toddler could do a better job coding this junk.

filling up this Check MIG Colombia is pain and using ivisa is crazy they charge $67.99 for something you can get for free.

@@iVisa_travel it’s not better if it charges people an unreasonable amount of money. For people who can’t follow simple instructions, your service is awesome. For people who when traveled to and from Colombia dozens of time, filled out this form successfully dozens of times, it’s unreasonable to expect people to pay for your service due to the existing website being trash, and your service maybe knowing the correct browser to use to overcome the errors that are the result of a poor design. I think it’s a pathetic way to make money.
proof that colombia is a third world country- years later they still have the same issues...lots of people missing their flights.
