    How do say that phase 4 will be constructed in between existing towers of previous phases...can you explain with layout

      It will block the infinite view of golf course facing units. For which the builder is demanding unreasonably high PLC. No, it wouldn't be constructed exactly between two towers. But it will block the view. I am not sure how I can share the layout here in comments.

    How do you consider builder plots in sector 5 and sector 4 sohna when they are asking 20% as part B payment? Do you see that area worthy enough?

    In 12/12.5k units are available in M3M heights in 65 Avenue which will be delivered in 9-12 months. So can't understand the high prices in newly launched projects. What's your view

      The view thing was particular to a tower where they are selling it on double PLC stating that it will have a long view of Golf Course. Which is misleading. Please review the masterplan.

      This is initial phase of the project which will be completed within six years, but there are a total of four phases in this project. M3M has not yet acquired all the necessary land for the upcoming phases, some of then are freeze and if they launch the fourth phase (the last one) after three years, it will take another six years to complete. Therefore, the project will take at least nine years to complete. However, due to potential delays in land acquisition, the timeline for completion could be even longer than expected.
