This is initial phase of the project which will be completed within six years, but there are a total of four phases in this project. M3M has not yet acquired all the necessary land for the upcoming phases, some of then are freeze and if they launch the fourth phase (the last one) after three years, it will take another six years to complete. Therefore, the project will take at least nine years to complete. However, due to potential delays in land acquisition, the timeline for completion could be even longer than expected.
