The reason all of your players are exhausted is because you have progressive fatigue on. For some reason it makes literally every player on your team unable to play by the end of the year.

To keep your players from being tired at the end of the season you have to go into your weekly strategy, then go to player health, then switch the settings to half pads and split instead of starters for your players. You must do this for both offensive and defensive strategies, but you only have to change it once with a franchise. This should keep your players from being fatigued.

EWU is Eastern Washington University. Seattle used to actually use it for their practice feild.
they are tired bc throughout the season the practice kills them turn on half pads and split starters and bench that’ll make them way less fatigued
