Can people/tourists come in to make their own sampaguita. How about extracting sampaguita oil to sell? Sampaguita restaurant/cafe. Each customer that comes in gets a lei of sampaguita. Sampaguita souvenirs - magnets, t-shirts, bags, etc.
I agree with this so much. I suppose they could also give distillery tours if they'd be selling sampaguita oil (might be a reach but they can even make a skin/bodycare set out of it?)
