Her playing is really sloppy, I don't give extra credit just because you are a girl playing a predominately male instrument. The things is if you're bold enough to showcase yourself on a "So Called" professional level (Especially if you're marketing your stuff for sale) you have to be willing to take the criticism as well. I think what we do is we give sympathy love to people. Most often really what these people who post these kinds of videos want is Kudos and Accolades and Praise. If someone has a difference in opinion from the majority then you're considered a hater? I know what good drumming sounds like and this is not it. If she stays with it, one day she will be a really good drummer, but as of today? She is just alright. If Im extra hard on myself then Im definitely not going to give someone else a pass if they sound bad. This girl has timing issues (Oh yeah Calvin is "Mr Metronome") dude plays 200 measures a day @ 60 bpm. His timing is impeccable) she's not clean, no dynamics, sloppy. BTW I wasn't one of the ones that clicked thumbs down.....lol
