- Camposol Fiesta 2019 - 23rd - 25th August.
Captured over the three days on Camposol from Friday evening to Sunday evening. I had to cut the songs short on this video but if you check out my FaceBook group Expat in Mazarron there will be longer versions of the singers.
This years’ fiesta has something for everyone. There is a market, classic motor show, free paella, live entertainment during the day plus lots of children activities, foam party, Disney characters, games, inflatable sumo wrestling, donkey rides and in the evening they have a fabulous line up of top artists.
Friday Evening 23rd August
19.00 Opening Ceremony - 19.15 Debbie Davis Project - 20.30 Bruno Mars Experience - 22.00 Big j janna Band.
Saturday Morning 24th August on Sector A
10.00 - 14.00 - Market/Donkey rides/live entertainment/Foam party/Sumo wrestling & free paella(first 200 people).
Saturday Evening 24th August on Sector B
19.00 Carolynn May - 20.15 The Hellhates - 22.00 The Liverpool Band.
Sunday Morning 25th August on Sector A
10.00 - 14.00 - Motor Show & Classic Cars/live entertainment/Foam party/Sumo wrestling.
Sunday Evening 24th August on Sector B
19.00 De Polis - 20.30 Fakers Quo - 21.15 Grand Prize Draw - 22.00 The Jersey Four.
Camera Equipment: Canon D700 camera, Panasonic HC-VX870 & mostly the DJI Osmo Pocket.

amazing quality of picture all artists sounded top draw we came to weeks to early would have loved it we did come once, but it was in a less hot and busy time of year and well done to all that work so hard to organise the fiesta .hope you enjoyed the paella and the drissle cake .keep up the good work best coverage of fiesta i have seen

The best coverage of Camposol Fiesta there has ever been! As for the fiesta itself, it looks as though it was probably the best fiesta there has ever been on Camposol. The quality of the bands was were excellent. Well done Shaun and well done to all those who worked hard to provide this years fiesta.

Wow.!!... Pura Vida.!! ... La dolce vita.!! What more can one ask for.?! That was a fantastic, superb show with everything included and for everyone young and old.! But who pays for all this.?.. From what I've seen so far, Camposol seems to be a retirement village with mostly folks from the EU, --- Am I right.? Loved the performers, especially the "Liverpool four" and the "Jersey Boys". Had I been there, I'd have been drunk for the duration and shamelessly dancing away like crazy.!! Probably arrested for indecent exposure (my face)... Wish I lived there---sob.!
Thank you Juan, glad you enjoyed the video - yeh great show again and is getting better each year. It's all free for everybody who lives here, on holiday and for the local community. During the year, there are events held within the community, trips out, dance nights and so on that go towards paying for the Fiesta. There is a mixture from the EU and some Spanish which all get involved. There was a few who had a bit too many on the dance floor!!! Many thanks for watching and have a great week :)
@ Thanks for the reply, Shaun.!.. So, there's a sort of community managers who plan and run these fun events. -- that's really groovy. Tell me, is there a chapter of the "Ladies of Spain" social club in the area as well.? ... or its' male equivalent.? Just wondering. Thank you.

The night shots were with the osmo pocket? That’s incredible quality from a small camera. You did a superb job capturing the fun Shaun. Cars were cool too. Also it’s pretty cool how universal music is. All the way in Spain they were playing all the good old jams my mom and grandma use to play when I was growing up. Ahaha loved the vid.
Thank you Will, the past couple of years I've been taking photographs and using my tripod + camcorder. I must say the DJI Osmo Pocket is so handy. I took photographs with it also during the evenings. This video was along time ago but i was there that night and my grandma helped with the fiesta her name is carol butt!
