Sandy's beautiful home just made me cry. Shabby chic is near and dear to my heart. My Grandmother was born in Paris, France and brought all of her lovely pieces with her when she came over here. It brought me back to another time and place and always not only being surrounded by so much of this in my childhood ,but also the magically love my grandmother had for us. This home is glorious and so many exquisite details so lovingly placed. Such a treat for the eyes! I can't pick a room they are all my favorite and the pink petals in her front yard were perfect. How kind of her to open her home to us. I would love to own a cottage, but instead have a log home - which is perfectly lovely. Don't get me wrong, I love it and the memories we have made here while raising our children, and now the grandchildren are making lots of memories here also - they can come here and run free and ride the 4 wheeler and play in the creek, but part of my heart will always wish for a small cottage.

Sandy's home is absolutely lovely. I love roses and the roses painted on the mirror caught my eye. Just beautiful. I only have about 1/3 dishes, trinkets and so on in my home and it's all I can do to keep them dusted and mirrors cleaned. Sandy, if you have a secret how you keep it all done weekly, give me your tip. Your home is truly, fit for a queen it's so gorgeous. Elegant while also holding onto the warmth that a home should have. There is no such thing as too many roses.......until the ceiling is covered in them too lol. I'm working on each room in our home one by one. Each will have its own theme, look, feel, etc. because even though this decorating style is my absolute favorite, I also truly love primitive, Americana, and Romantic Country as well.

Loved it! I'm a Rose freak and also can't say no to anything pink and or beautiful. Not sure which was my favorite but I really liked the blue and pink touches together. One of my Christmas trees is white with blue and one year I left it up and put vintage valentines with painted clothespins all over it and pink heart and vintage looking ornaments and it turned out gorgeous! How kind of her to open her home to us. I would love to own a cottage, but instead have a log home - which is perfectly lovely. Don't get me wrong, I love it and the memories we have made here while raising our children, and now the grandchildren are making lots of memories here also - they can come here and run free and ride the 4 wheeler and play in the creek, but part of my heart will always wish for a small cottage.

Sandy's home is absolutely lovely. I love roses and the roses painted on the mirror caught my eye. Just beautiful. I only have about 1/3 dishes, trinkets and so on in my home and it's all I can do to keep them dusted and mirrors cleaned. Sandy, if you have a secret how you keep it all done weekly, give me your tip. Your home is truly, fit for a queen it's so gorgeous. Oh, this would be my dream come true to have a beautiful place like this.
Elegant while also holding onto the warmth that a home should have. There is no such thing as too many roses.......until the ceiling is covered in them too lol. I'm working on each room in our home one by one. Each will have its own theme, look, feel, etc. because even though this decorating style is my absolute favorite, I also truly love primitive, Americana, and Romantic Country as well.

Loved it! I'm a Rose freak and also can't say no to anything pink and or beautiful. Not sure which was my favorite but I really liked the blue and pink touches together. One of my Christmas trees is white with blue and one year I left it up and put vintage valentines with painted clothespins all over it and pink heart and vintage looking ornaments and it turned out gorgeous!
