Did your Landlord/Maintenance put fans in your room to dry the floor? You can mop up all you want but if it's wet under the floor it's going to get moldy. They should have the large fans on it to dry it out plus a dehumidifier. Standard operating procedure.

Your eye brows dont look too thick i think the brow hairs themselves need to be trimmed. Dont go any thinner just ask them to trim the hairs shorter.
