लेकिन ये हर जगह USE नही होता....
आप जानते होंगे....

100% टैक्स की छूट होती है.....उसे ITR दिखाने की कोई खास जरूरत नहीं होती....हा अगर दिखा दे ..तो फाइल में और मजबूती आ जाती है.......
मैने ऐसे लोगो को देखा है....मेरे गांव में ही ....जिसको ठीक से उठने बैठने का भी ढंग नही है...वो भी ( 30 .06 ) राइफल ले के चलता है.....क्योंकि उसके पास खेती बाड़ी ज्यादा है.....उस बेस पर उसका बना है.....

Boss according to Arms Act u don't need an income proof to get arms license...only reason is u should have a valid reason to get arms license...

Really owning licence in hp is very hard to owne even on crop protection
Why should ITR required , if any one have treat for life. Licence issue with so many reasons as per guideline of home ministry centre.
1. Treat of life.
2. Cash flow on daily basis.( ITR requires)
3. Your home outside the townships.
4. Legal case going on.
Or other reasons etc
I have got 12 bore dbbl as i reside in rural village .. Applied on feb 2021 got it april 2023 ... Its difficult to get but not impossible. Just every week you have to visit the concerned office to get Noc one by one .

Lic Transfer process nahi hai ,haa tumko New Lic Apply karna hoga aur usme ek father se NOC aur Lic copy laga sakte ho,aise apne DM office me pata kar lo,BIHAR,JHARKHAND me yehi process hai

Sir 2018 December me licence apply Kiya bhut mehnat se ssp office Tak pahuchi usake baad gumraah kar diya gaya ki High court se rok he up me baad me pata chala ki 2020 me 25 Licence jari kare dm shaab ne bhut bura laga Abhi rti lagaya to uska reply bhi nhi mila kya itna din baad High court jana se koi kamyavi mil sakta hai
