I would like to see a tutorial on parsing emails to a spreadsheet. For example Ai identifies Order number from invoices and puts it in the spreadsheet. Simple request and configurable for many applications.

Request: i have a large google sheet file getting updated once a day. Stores user informations mainly(user expiring date,deatils,update status of user data such as update required or not) I tried to interract with it using a few of your N8N examples where you interact with pdf, but if inhave like 200 users and i ask the AI agent to list all the valid useres its only listing like 50ish. Also if i ask specific questions about the user like what Joes address is? Not always giving the right answer. It looks like RAG is killing the sheet format. Keep up with a good work!
