Please get have a music ear, learn the definition and have some musical education if you are going to say this track is auto tuned. EVERY SINGLE artist has pitch correction in their records if you are signed to a MAJOR label. It's for one, NOT their choice and they have NO SAY in whatever goes on in mixing/mastering the tracks, because it's their LABEL paying for everything and making sure the tracks are MARKETABLE and they are sure to be getting reimbursed everything penny they've spent. Secondly, NOT ONE record, album, track or single by any major artist IS EVER mastered or mixed by a professional with NO PITCH CORRECTION. Thirdly, What is applied on these artists' voice is Melodyne. This is actually a really incredible cover. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but PLEASE at least have some logic and musical knowledge if you're going to criticize and hate about nothing :). Part of the reason it sounds so auto-tuned is actually because they're doubling the lead vocal tracks, which gives it a really "hollow" sound. Bad decision on the producer's part. I know that's how the original sounded, but nobody wants an exact replica of the original when they listen to a cover...
I personally think that Camilas voice is so beautiful and unique..... i mean how often do u come across a voice lik hers... i do agree that this song did not match voice well but when it comes down to it she is an amazing singer and will give it everything she got!!!!! She's definitely unique, literally everyone realizes that. When we first heard her in Simon's house on the XFactor everyone was shocked by the sound of her voice. HOWEVER, the producers exploit it. If you hear too much of a good thing (Camila's voice) it begans to lose what makes it special and it gets annoying to a lot of people. So when she leads literally half of their music and the other four girls get pushed to the side, we get angry.

Yet another example of how important production is. The beginning, in particular Normani, Dinah and Lauren's solos in the first 45 seconds sounded so crisp and clean and just.. NICE. But as the song continued, the production got worse and worse and the autotune took over their vocals. Producers, wtf? I'm also annoyed how this isn't even a single of theirs but this shows off the girls' voices more than a lot of their other songs. Dinah and Lauren in particular have great tones, ranges, etc. that is not being used on their songs at ALL. Producers again, wtf? Also, I LOVE Camila, but this is another example of when her runs are not needed. In her first solo at about :33 to me just felt off and it wasn't necessary, again another thing their producers should be aware of. Less is more when it comes to Camila's runs sometimes and also the production/autotune. I want to hear RAW vocals, these girls are talented i.e. their covers that don't have autotune. They must be new producers who don't show favoritism to one girl and who know how to produce their songs where they don't sound like robots. (Especially going back to the EP days...)

I love fifth harmony so don't get me wrong, but does this sound more auto-tuned than usual? Their raw voices seemed curbed which makes it sound a little too pitched. Their voices are all incredibly beautiful without auto-tune so I was just asking if anyone else hears the same thing

Yet another example of how important production is. The beginning, in particular Normani, Dinah and Lauren's solos in the first 45 seconds sounded so crisp and clean and just.. NICE. But as the song continued, the production got worse and worse and the autotune took over their vocals. Producers, wtf? I'm also annoyed how this isn't even a single of theirs but this shows off the girls' voices more than a lot of their other songs. Dinah and Lauren in particular have great tones, ranges, etc. that is not being used on their songs at ALL. Producers again, wtf?
Also, I LOVE Camila, but this is another example of when her runs are not needed. In her first solo at about :33 to me just felt off and it wasn't necessary, again another thing their producers should be aware of. Less is more when it comes to Camila's runs sometimes and also the production/autotune. I want to hear RAW vocals, these girls are talented i.e. their covers that don't have autotune. They must be new producers who don't show favoritism to one girl and who know how to produce their songs where they don't sound like robots. (Especially going back to the EP days...)
