@@christophCymru Of course I'm aware he is as well at times but that's not the point, unless you want to talk about Judd's maximum in the CoC final last year, which would be a fair point. Honestly I don't remember a single time when Carter congratulated an opponent's big shot, he is even a specialist when it comes to it, either this or applauding ironically like it was a fluke. Beyond the beef with Ronnie you can't really say Ali fits the video.
@@christophCymrumate, come on. I generally side with Carter, especially his absolutely correct comments about Ronnie. But the OP is both funny and true. Carter, probably because of his lack of success, is notably ungenerous.

@@christophCymru Tbh I know my nickname sounds a bit fanboyish, so considering many Ronnie fans' lack of brain cells it's easier to be a bit on edge. I was watching an old game between Ray reardon and John Spencer a few days ago, all the men in the audience were wearing tuxedos… looked great, even in other games I’ve seen held in literal working men’s clubs people wore shirt and ties etc, maybe it’s just a sign of the times, I popped into Tesco the other day and saw some fat bitch shopping while wearing her pyjamas and dressing gown, people nowadays have 0 self respect 😅
I noticed that too, Fax Cats. They must obviously not like O'Sullivan... considering some of the best shots I have ever seen come from O'Sullivan, it seems odd to omit him from this video.
Why don't snooker players just actually applaud or give a thumbs-up when their opponent played a good shot? It always looks so weird to me when they're just tapping their hand or cue on the table to "applaud". Is that some kinda "snooker etiquette" or something? 🤨

if only football players were as professional - always superb sportsmanship in snooker
I played a shot like the last one at the local snooker club and it set me up for my highest break of 1.
Normally, after a few beers you'd expect that to be a net -3.
Love the respect shown from opponents, but also the combination of safety shots and pots. Great video.
BEST SNOOKER VIDEO I've seen. The synth in the background is just perfect, not too intrusive but adding excitement. Great job!

More videos like this please! I love these fair play gestures from Opponents!
Unsurprisingly Ali Carter is nowhere to be seen in this video.
Jesus christ you people have a big issue.. Ronnie is as much of if not more of a nob than Ali. Get off the hate bandwagon and just enjoy the game

Some great shots there, worthy of applause.
Snooker is supposed to be a gentleman's sport.
And it is.
Let's hope it stays that way.

Snooker is a classy sport: opponents don't applaud because they _have_ to
I've played all of these shots at one time or another.
Same here, but no applause!
I played almost same shot as the vafaei one ( last shot) and my opponent was playing with his phone
Me too, then the alarm goes off to wake me for work🤫
a ramtoozler?
Yes I think it was. I don't know what one of those is but this was one of them.
I assume Ronnie was banned from this video as it would be mostly him plus a few of these!

1:31 change that drink to vodka and looks like a you Alex Higgins! (I mean that in the nicest of ways).
There’s a shot by Gilbert where kyren Wilson claps
I think ronnie liked it

Didn’t see any opponents applaud. A tap on the table isn’t an applaud.
