Mothership has better DC, and it will be hard for them to even reach the mothership. Mothership can send destructors, interceptors and obliterators.
The destructors (buffed) were able to take on an injured titan tv man, who scales a bit lower than ATCM and higher than UTSM. Another thing is, the mothership's warp ability can even knock them down due to the force. If they are too close, they might instantly fall, either beneath it or in the range for the mothership to disintegrate them.
