I completely agree with the last opinion, you don't need to agree with everything taylor does. (granted, I also pretty much stand for everything she stands for) but even taylor says herself, everyone of every religion, background, and lifestyle are welcome to listen to her music.
What a paradox, that people will beg for deep cuts like Cruel Summer to reach massive popularity, and when they finally do, they instead turn into overplayed and bland pop songs that "were never all that good in the first place".

I also want to say that one of the reasons I love ME! so much is because I actually think the lyrics are meaningful. It sounds weird but even with its poppy beat and kind of childish vibe, there’s still more under the surface. Taylor talks about how she’s a handful and she doesn’t leave well enough alone and that trouble somehow always seems to follow her, and Brenden talks about how he makes it about himself too much but really, that’s what makes them unique. Even though they list their “bad qualities” in a way, you’re never EVER gonna find someone like them. Even though the guy could be with all the other “cool chicks”, when it comes to a lover he’s never going to find someone like her that shows him so many rainbows and so much love and happiness. People are gonna think I’m crazy for going that deep into ME! but you never get just what you see 😂 But it’s also just the happiest song to dance to and I hate that people think it’s stupid!!
Hey girl! A few popular opinions of my own coming at you today. I agree that me is great. It’s sad that fans hated it so much she took the kids spelling is fun out of it. I’m with you in that you don’t have to agree with everything. Taylor stands for because we are our own individual people although I do agree with a lot Taylor stand for. I can’t think of anything. I don’t agree with at the moment, but it’s bound to happen because we’re all different. I really cannot stand when Fans say the other fans are not fans are bad fans because they listen to older versions and you should only listen to new ones. I’ve been with her from the very beginning, so you better believe I support the new versions. However! I’m with you in that it’s OK to listen to older versions, and if you have the CDs, it’s fine. But I have streamed older versions sometimes. And you better believe if an older CD skips, I will still buy the new ones of course and the re-recordings obviously but I’m absolutely replacing an older album if I need to. I guess my last unpopular opinion for the day is that her self titled album which most people call debut is one of my favorites from her and a lot of people dislike it. Anyways, thanks for reading.
