    材料:
    📌薯仔
    📌紅蘿蔔
    📌雞翼
    📌蕃茄
    醃料:
    📌鹽
    📌胡椒粉
    📌菇粉
    📌糖
    做法:
    1. 薯仔切粒,熱鑊下油煎香,煎6分鐘。
    2. 雞翼切半,落鑊和薯仔一齊炒,加少許鹽和胡椒粉。
    3. 再落紅蘿蔔和蕃茄,加少許菇粉和糖,倒一碗熱水,蓋蓋子小火燜10分鐘。
    4. 開蓋轉大火收汁上碟。
    Tomato Potato Carrot Chicken Wings
    Ingredients:
    📌 Potatoes
    📌 Carrots
    📌 Chicken wings
    📌 Tomatoes
    Marinade:
    📌 Salt
    📌 Pepper
    📌 Mushroom powder
    📌 Sugar
    Instructions:
    1. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes until they become fragrant, about 6 minutes.
    2. Cut the chicken wings in half and add them to the pan with the potatoes. Stir-fry together and season with a little salt and pepper.
    3. Add the carrots and tomatoes to the pan, along with a dash of mushroom powder and sugar. Pour in a bowl of hot water, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
    4. Remove the lid, increase the heat to high, and cook until the sauce thickens. Transfer to a serving dish.

    不用吃飯也可以 尤其是有糖尿病的患者 營養價值還高一點👍👍👍
