I like a lot of things in the game but sometimes it doesnt do it for me - the clowny funky bass music playing during this bit just makes it kinda funny. Would have been better to have silence in this area.
I am getting creepy dream recalls from one of the dire Dire Docks like I was being pulled into it that level was in my dream as a kid I'm not lying either. This game hack is like it's pulling me into different places that feel scary familiar.
When I encountered the cosmic clone, the game didn't freeze up when i moved towards it. Instead I was instantly killed and sent back to the plexal lobby.
one time i found this guy, i somehow long jumped past the trigger for the lava floor AND crash, and it turns out.... his ass is blue for some reason lmao
It would be neat if you could "defeat" some of these mysterious threats throughout the game. Maybe after getting a certain number of power stars, you wouldn't instantly die, and it would turn into a battle. Would make it more interesting if it was a mystery you could sort of solve instead of just another death trap, give them a bit more purpose.
Please, yes, anything. I feel so let down by the spooky in this. The trippy stuff, the liminal stuff, love it, I just wish the spooky would match in quality and function
I swear I had a similar dream involving Super Mario 64.or someone gave me a beta cartridge as a kid but I know I am not losing my mind seeing it come to life. Everything this Rom hack has I swear I dreamed it up before.
So it's really no stars there? I just found the peaceful version and was confused to see no stars around. Swim all that way just to get into a dark room with nothing in it. Glitch floors too.
I forgot to somehow to get to that place. And I went to a different route that made me go to a room that has a giant cake room that I'm trying to look for again.
On the Castle Grounds, go through the back entrance so you’ll enter the large room with blue walls and 3 doors with the crescent moon above the center. Enter the left door and then go to the end of the hall and enter the pipe. You’ll drop down in to the room with the 3 stained glass windows of Peach. Enter the one on the right like you would normally for Peach’s Secret Slide and then keep going through the doors until you reach the hallway with the Peach painting at the end. Jump over the pit and enter the Peach painting and you’ll be back at the giant cake.
Here is how to have control over the crash: To crash it, when you toggle the trap, you need to move forward enough. To not crash it, toggle the trap then move back to prevent the crash and die.
There's a 2nd sewer system in Bowser's Floor which is Peacful Sewer Maze. There's a box with a hole at the end with puddles but if you stand on it it teleports you to Scary Sewer Maze. If you approach the Comic Clone, he wakes up and the maze is red.
there's a video of somebody performing a triple jump over the lone cosmic clone to reach a red version of the sewer. they explored the area but couldn't find anything, maybe you can?
@@mr.delicious5738 Nah, there's nothing else to find in that area. Even looking around with ROM Manager, there's no warps or anything, so you're just stuck there.
TIL that you can survive the lava sand trap Shadow Mario triggers if you make it to the platform he stands on. I did this and was able to fast travel out.
Late here, just found B3313 so maybe something updated or I did things in a different order, but! When I found the strange box at the end of the peaceful maze, things went... Differently. As I approached it, it began screaming "IT HURTS" while every texture in the room went haywire, until I jumped in, and it took me to the same place...
Nintendo's level design is so we'll made. This is awesome if you want a "new/old" place to explore, but many sections feel like a lot of empty nothing. Awesome the first time, but never again.

idk how but i was there and when i saw that dark mario i just died for no reason, i wasnt even able to touch him or something, i was getting close to him and just died, its a bug?

The sewer can be founded in the pool of the outside castle, some holes can lead you to the sewer.
