Can you please tell me how to remove the lenses from the frames? Thank you!

To remove and mount the lenses, you can push a bit the lenses from the eyeglass frame and same procedure to install the lenses. However, if you are uncomfortable doing it by yourself, you can surely go to your local shop to assist you. :)
