Only choose extc if you have interest in it and want good extc jobs, else you will have to study both this and then CS to get good placements in IT. Placement wise college is very good but very strict about academics.
VJTI IT sounds good as it might have more opportunities... CS and IT are same anyways... PiCT cs is also good if you consider the city and other factors like rent and all

college change first year nantar khup jana kartat.....more concrete details you will get at the student counter at PICT. I don't think you will have to pay for getting a LC/TC while leaving an institution.

There is almost no difference between PICT CS and IT as companies don't differentiate between IT and CS... So i would recommend PICT.
