That depends on what Your definition of badass is...I charged in with the rocket hog, had the marine passenger with a skewer or rocket (I forget since I beat the game 5 times already) and I swear to god I could barely last to first wraiths without getting bombarded from miles away....That being said I dont tend to drive past ennemies EVER!!! Cause it breaks my immersion in the story, I feel like chief would likely not leave any survivors at risk of well...being shot in the fucking ass or back of the head 😂. (I played heroic) would like to know how You played, maybe I will change my approach to a less aggressive one.
@@115spt2 My tank was destoryed this point on legendary so it felt like I was running into them on foot while smashing anything that was in my way like the halo 5 opening.
I didn’t think any moment of Halo could be more hype for me than the Broadsword trench run, but god damn, this bit was amazing. The six-year wait couldn’t have been more worth it.
The road - house of reckoning without a doubt my favourite missions in the entire game, for the first time in a Warthog run, you aren't fleeing a large explosion, you're charging towards the army that will happily tear you limb from limb
i notice infinite doing that a few times where it takes a classic halo scenario and flips it on its head like in the first mission where instead of fending off alien intruders in a spaceship, you are the alien intruder
When I first heard Infinite’s version of the main theme, I wasn’t really the biggest fan of the drums, but I’ve gotta say, they’ve really grown on me. Hell, it might be my favorite rendition of the theme now. At the very least in my top three. The lighter drums contrast the more aggressive tone of the Banished stuff really well. Nice little bit of musical storytelling there. And Never Tell Me the Odds is just perfection. Easily my favorite combat track in the series now. Every time it kicks in I just have this massive, stupid grin on my face.
I'm still annoyed that we got what is possibly the cleanest rendition of the halo theme, and they only made half of it. Like, why not do the whole thing?
