Just my 2cents as i own this model also. Cooling time should always be double the sealing time. Also It doesn’t matter what i seal, 45-50 seconds is where these chambers vacuum power levels off at.. So whether your gauge is in the green at 27 seconds it doesn’t mean it’s a good time to set. You want that vacuum oil to level off. You’ll hear the machine leveling off and that’s when you get a good vacuum.
Hi, I have the same unit.... to seal bags, you need to run the vacuum a little longer, the built up air is what pushes the sealing bar up with enough pressure to seal it properly The DUAL seal is basically for the units with two sealing bars, they just use the same panel in front to save on money. otherwise, enjoy the unit, nice to have ps, the cool down time is to be adjusted for bag thickness, the thicker, the more time you want so that the heated bag can cool down while still bonding peace
@@SweetBriarFarmMichigan You're welcome.. and one more tip. those plastic sliding orange sleeves on the flip down bar over the sealer should be adjusted to add a touch of pressure on each side of the bag to hold it steady... comes in handy when pushing the bag right to the edge,
Hi, 60 seconds of vacuum time is the best to keep the bag without oxygen, with that your food will be kept in the freezer in the proper condition and when you cook sous vide, your preparation will be incredible.
Excellent video, makes me want one. 😊

After months of using it, how do you like itso far?
We are happy with it. I don’t have any complaints.
Nice
Does that become a problem with the sealing bar towards the back?
It hasn’t so far.
Have you tried whole chicken?
Not yet.
hey. What is the role of the oil you added to the machine?
It’s for the Vacum pump.
I have like this machine, but the place for oil is empty. Does this have any effect?
@@ahssinebrahim1822 seems like it would need the oil to function properly. Is yours from Vevor?
@@SweetBriarFarmMichigan Jumbo 24
Do you smell oil when using it?
No, I do not
Is double seal same line twice or 2 separate line?
Someone commented that the double seal is another model. They just have the same button display for this model I have.
@@SweetBriarFarmMichigan Thanks. It may be seal twice in the same line for Mylar bag. I wiill investigate on the subject.
The double seal button is a emergency stop if things go south while in vacuum mode. That was from another review.I am waiting for mine right now.
@@bucketofguts I will have to play around with it some more. Thanks
What model?
