pile 3: what I 'did' or keep on doing is that I decided to be happy no matter what, to focus on joy and nurture a habit of joy rather than the habitual ego worrying and problem making etc. Also I began to 'send' love instead of hate: what it means is that when my mind begins to worry or complain about someone I know, I change my attitude into beliving they are already happy, they are already free and saved and I feel this happiness for them.

pile 3: what I 'did' or keep on doing is that I decided to be happy no matter what, to focus on joy and nurture a habit of joy rather than the habitual ego worrying and problem making etc. Also I began to 'send' love instead of hate: what it means is that when my mind begins to worry or complain about someone I know, I change my attitude into beliving they are already happy, they are already free and saved and I feel this happiness for them.

I have lived where I live now for over 10 years, with my x-boyfriend, in his house. The garden is what I have. What I do. I plant and grow and nurture food, herbs, and many other beds of flowers and perennials and such. I make medicine from the plants. Tinctures/Teas/Salves. I have a lot of physical hardships as well as mental from past traumas that still effect my life now. A friend from long ago, who, honestly, I don't really trust, is now living less than an hour away from me. He is dying of cancer. It has spread to his bones & he doesn't have much time left here, in his body. He has offered to help me financially & really wants me to have what I want. I am hesitant because I don't really like him & if I were to accept his offer, I would feel like a terrible person. So it is confusing for me. I just started therapy again, for my mental health, and I have been working with a Physical Therapist for awhile now, who is truly helping me change the way I see & experience things, for the better.
