This seems very toxic. I do like Bob very much and know that these clips should not affect my opinion of someone but I hate to admit, that it does. First Bob is upset at Monet for not inviting them to any social gatherings and pointing out that it is Monet her task to inform her. Then they get on the defensive when confronted on the change of plans for going to the award show and from what I can see from their facial expression, totally undermining and downplaying Monet her emotions. Fully in the wrong here and still not able to state that they (Bob) are responsible or at fault (also the gaslighting).
P.s I still like both queens but I just cannot understand Bob their mindset.

I understand where both of them are coming from here. I feel like different combinations of friends have different things in common - like, in the same way that Bob, Kim, and Naomi are the Season 8 crew, Monét, Kim, Naomi, and Plastique are the Werq the World crew. So different groups of girls hang out for different reasons, and it’s not weird. It feels like Bob wants Monét to invite her to every thing that she’s invited to. At the same time though, I get that Bob may feel excluded when they have so many close mutual friends and Monét doesn’t let him know.
the whole dynamic of both MONET AND BOB getting invited, as a pair, to an award show and Bob tryna go without Monet STILL gets me hot. I feel both of them a lot. But one thing Bob said that has occasionally frustrated me with close friends is "If you can't acknowledge how you feel with your friends out loud without them feeling like you're accusing them of something, that is a little strange." Relationships are always a two-way street, so the wording of how one feels can certainly contribute to the feelings of accusation in their friend. But conversely, sometimes friends can be putting too much of their ego into how you're feeling to the point that they misinterpret what you're saying.
