Thank you for the build! It's a lot like your Chaxe build and I love that one. I like the tough as nails, living on the edge feeling it has. There's a couple of weapons that have access to both Headtaker and Slaughterer. - Which do you like better and why? - Does it differ from weapon to weapon? So for the first question: it varies by weapon. But slaughterer usually supports horde clear on bad horde clear weapons while headtaker supports breakpoints on elites and monstrosities. Headtaker obviously helps with horde clear but to a lesser degree. Thammer and chaxe mk4 are better with headtaker for its ability to build on elites and monstrosities without needing kills. Martyr doesn't really seem that reliable, would Blazing Piety be a good alternative keystone? Idk the damage scaling with how close to death I am is just not it.
In my view: who cares if it's useful now, all that matters is clearing those sweet sweet 1taps. If you have to swing twice for a powered attack on anything the thammer can get 1taps on you're basically just wasting the weapon and halving its output. If you want a stagger stick take the Indiycrusher.
While I like the build overall, I disagree with the bolt pistol blessings. I’ve found on the thunder hammer, you kinda need a “oh crap” button if say you get caught in the middle of a rager horde because of its slow movement speed and dodge distance. On my bolt pistol, I’m personally running execution and the point-blank explosion one. Really helps keep kids off ya.
You don't need point blank explosion (lethal proximity), you have a thunderhammer. It more or less knocks over everything in front of you with every swing, certainly anything that lethal-prox can stagger you can too. Rager hordes should not be a concern either, I know some people struggle with them, but you can melee the entire party with good play.
Kinda. This build is still good and fully viable and fully relevant. I favor my martyrdom build I posted in my Havoc 40 Builds for All Classes Video ruclips.net/video/sKh9Y56BSG4/видео.htmlsi=BjxCR3njTqHkMZHH because getting toughness back on dodge is amazing and I love knives. Martyr doesn't really seem that reliable, would Blazing Piety be a good alternative keystone? Idk the damage scaling with how close to death I am is just not it.
Ironically martyrdom is extremely reliable due to toughness gating. You're nigh unkillable. Blazing could work but thammer is bot crit oriented.
Can this build benefit from the eviscerator as well?
Yea totally. Its basically what I run for chain weapons most of the time. Except when I'm using evi or chaxe
Thanks, I’ll try it out, I’ve wanted to dust off the hammer for awhile but also enjoy the brain dead eviscerator
I just want that skin
does the curios blessings matter?
Yes, but its more about preference. I like stamina and sprint efficiency ones with ability regen and gunners resistance
Is shock and awe a good perk for thunder hammer. I saw someone on reddit say it's useful now
In my view: who cares if it's useful now, all that matters is clearing those sweet sweet 1taps.
What are the dump stats you have on these weapons?
I have weapon tutorials but basically just dump the non damage stats
Hey mk1 îs better than 2 for one target really very lethal
Your gun's got Pinning Fire & Surgical even though you 'say' Pinning Fire and Puncture. Editing issue?
Yes.
@@Reginald-sc9tk Cool, just wanted to double check... I am a poor Reject and cannot to afford to make sins against my weapon. Praise the Emperor!
Is this up to date?
But this build still rocks. Take Pinning Fire and Puncture on the bolter.
Your bolter does not show pinning fire. Shows surgical
Just a B-Roll error. I was doing some experimenting.
nah crucis is better now cuz you can charge light most everything and don't have to deal with the really annoying ironhelm overhead mechanic. that they didn't give the same 1s window for overheads after charge for ironhelm is very frustrating and short sighted
Ironhelm can cleave like 8 guys though so it doesn't need an overhead. It can sweep aside a huge group in one go.
@@Reginald-sc9tk doesn't need an overhead... someone smite this heretic
it like, doesn't tho??? it just punches through anything in it's way
Piety > Martyrdom
Not for thammer.
Hammer still feels awful to play.
Can't say I agree but dueling sword is good too if thats your speed
@@Reginald-sc9tk Duelling sword is just outright op now. Any class that can use it is using it right now, it will surely get adressed. it is so good that i don't play it because i already maxed it out :)
awwwwwww :( i was so excited to see the build and then I saw martyrdom... build ruined
Kek if you think martyrdom is bad you're just not good enough at the game.
@@Reginald-sc9tk now i see why you dont actually post high skill gameplay...
