Making Belgian Liège Waffles

In this new series, I try to make and rate desserts from all over the world. Today we make our way to Belgium and make Liège Waffles. We are already know Belgium is known for waffles but this one is unique as it used pearl sugar to give it that extra crunch and sweetness. This is the only version of waffles I would continue to devour. Stay tuned for the next country!

3/4 cup warm milk, 2 tsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 large eggs
3/4 cup melted butter, 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cup of Belgian Pearl Sugar
