What are the constants in the last 5 years? Terrible offensive lines. Elementary game plans that cater to the lines inability to play at an NFL level. Inability to run the ball. Poor qb play behind subpar lines. Everyone blaming the qb's, rb's, and wr's for being frustrated with the lines presnap penalties and holding penalties negating the skill players contributions. These skill players are having their careers ruined by constantly poor offensive lines.
Yet we still get to playoffs with that whos responsible for that. Pickens will enjoy his new trash home soon just like dj.

Any other top coach have these issues all the time like the Steelers and Tomlin? Shits getting old. I believe it’s a tomlin problem because he allows the shit to happen. Bench him and tell people the damn truth. It’s old and unfortunately Steelers fans just need to realize we never gonna win another ring with Tomlin as the coach. He’s good but he’s not good enough. I’m a tomlin guy but we gotta just be honest about it.

It’s been reported that he has been late multiple times and that’s probably why he was not playing much. I respect Tomlin for keeping it in house. Better chance to try and get things resolved than just blasting him. He most likely is gonna be gone sooner than later if things don’t change a fast.

Y'all aren't gonna win a championship no matter what you do with Tomlin. You could get rid of Tomlin right now and put Bill in that spot and the difference wouldn't change. Tomlin likes to punish players when he trades them (Dionate to Carolina the worst team, Kenny to Philly where he wont start).

It was obvious within a half dozen plays that GP was not in the plan for the Cowboys game. Pickens knew this before the game. He checked out before the game started.

I don't know if this is that bold but this will be the first losing season for coach T. For pickens, how could you not see this coming? His behavior was crap last season and it's only going to get worse if there aren't any repercussions for the diva behavior. Seems to me the diva behavior should hurt their value because you could easily imagine the diva behavior will come up with the next team.
I don't understand what people want tomlin to do he allready limiting pickens as punishment and that clearly made it worse benching him is not going to do any beter and you still have to pay him by nfl rules. He could out right release him which isn't a punishment pickens would get a new contract 5 mins after release.

I think they might trade Russ and GP to Vegas for Davante. Vegas or not they both off the team. GP snap count is to prevent injury because they know they are trading him. I think Russ and GP are angry Justin is starting, which is insane because he’s actually very good and better than Russ, and GP is protesting by playing like shit.
I said this before, Tomlin is not able to deal with problem players because he doesn't expect self discipline from them. Player coaches have this issue.
No he expects a man to act like a man not a child. There isn't shit tomlin can do to fix a guy acting like a child only they can fix that.
You're probably right. But Tomlin thinks self discipline has to come from yourself, and so he's not inclined to pay much attention to immature behavior.
Tomlin does punish poor behavior it called we trade your ass to a worse team we ain't got time for men acting like children. Nfl rules pretty much prevent any punishment a coach can do cool bench him still have to pay him and you can only find him so much which is nothing. All you can do is bench him and pay him limit his time which tomlin is doing which clearly as we seen made it worse or fine him for something clearly listed in team rules.

It’s not the first time he’s had effort issues, so it’s not worth it in the long run. Cut the cancer and move on Davante Adams is going to be better in this offense than him. Davante will handle the double teams better than GP.
Tomlin is the problem. And it starts with schemes and concepts. This is NOT a run first offense. But he’s old school and stuck in his ways. Yea they double GP ok then feed Muth down the middle dude should be getting 8-10 targets a game he’s like that.
