Other games have done this too, so that way you can buy a certain rare cosmetic from another person, Epic games takes some of the profit and nobody can get scammed. I think the only way to stop account selling and scams is if epic implemented a skin market. Kinda like what csgo has and r6 recently implemented this to. As of now there is no way of getting that skin but if they had a market somebody can put that skin up for sale and we can buy it.
