    Mam their is 4% and 6% taper in file so how to decidde which taper we have to used in what curvature of canal

    • @sumeetasandhu
      @sumeetasandhu  2 года назад +9

      There is a lot of theory behind this. To avoid that that is why I decided to describe a Pro taper gold. Although the file system is slightly expensive but it is very convenient to use. You don’t have to bother yourself with the percentage of tapers. You just have to remember the sequence of the files and proceed. Practice first on extracted teeth before starting on patients. All the best!

    Maam, Is protaper files are suitable for narrow canals? such canals where 10/0.02 file barely goes to the working length?

      Most probably pulpal remnants r still present that is why d pain and discomfort
      Also please check thoroughly to rule out any perforation
