You don’t have to bother yourself with the percentage of tapers. You just have to remember the sequence of the files and proceed. Practice first on extracted teeth before starting on patients. Most probably pulpal remnants r still present that is why d pain and discomfort
Also please check thoroughly to rule out any perforation

Or maybe you’ve forgot to give anesthesia
