Were you raised vegan/vegetarian?
@@rockstarofredondo yes I was raised vegetarian.
Does anyone know about petichaie? I have had it since August 2022. My doctor doesn’t seem worried about it.
acne is mostly genetic.. i see people eat junk food on a frequent basis and have clear, acne free faces.
It’s mostly about their liver health.
@@bobbylee2853 I watch what I eat. Consume mostly organic stuff, greatly reduced sugar, est veggies frequently, but still have some breakouts 😆
No acne is “ not mostly genetic “ I am the only one in my family to ever have acne, I am 66 next month, coffee, dairy sugar cause it
@@kathyharmon2093 It’s genetics. You got the short end of the genetics stick.
@@kathyharmon2093 I am acne-prone and acne never came along while on dairy or coffee. I only had acne eating carbs or taking vitamin b12 supplement, which is known to cause acne in acne-prone skin.
👍🏻👍🏻💯
Mine is made of steak and whiskey!
I've been eating meat 2 months and my psoriasis hasn't changed . Maybe I need to try just beef.
I do t have any gut bacteria.
Everybody has gut bacteria. There is good and bad gut bacteria.

I have the most stubborn acne. Eating keto and walking everyday. I take my vitamins as well and don’t know what to do anymore
@Jennie Adams no salads, no olive oil no taste? Are you an expert Jennie?

@@vickitagg6147 what is it? Vegetable oil?
@@londri5660 seed oils are canola, vegetable, rape, sunflower amongst others.
Are you taking any b12 or other b vitamins? B12 and sometimes other b vitamin supplements are known to cause acne to go crazy in acne-prone skin. This recently happened to me after years of perfect keto/carnivore clear skin when I started taking large quantities of b12 supplements.
Beef causes me acne,…….
Like cheese......boooohooo!!! LOL
So true Dr. Ken. Very much misunderstood
Meat, eggs, salt and water? It's just too easy to be healthy. I prefer complicated. ☝🤡
Then why are you on here?
what you've eaten
Talking at us,yet not revealing anything useful
Cutting out the meat & dairy is so beneficial for this! Focus on lentils, legumes for protein sources! They have more fiber & less saturated fat!
Are you familiar with Dr. Berry?
He is carnivore and doesn't recommend beans and legumes.
Legumes are very inflammatory for the gut and can lead to chronic leaky gut which then CAUSES acne...
Erm... wrong channel.
Lol troll

Plants plants plants. My
Skin has never been so good!
@Jennie Adams I’ve never heard of that before! But I have heard of skin problems on a high meat diet!
