I just bet your people miss you bunches too! I started doing piYo recently because I was missing my yoga but needed a bit more cardio effect thanks to a little quarantine weight gain. 🙄 I did several of yours & decided to try another person this morning but thanks to a slower routine rhythm, horrible cueing, and their inability to keep reps even from side to side I quit her routine 20 minutes in & came back to finish with one of yours. Lesson learned, you are my go to piYo teacher! No more wasting time trying other instructors when you do it exactly how I like it..fast & super sweaty! 😅 thanks so much for sharing your gifts!

I am super out of shape and am turning 60 next month. This looks like a workout that I can start with and I like that incorporates a lot of stretching!
Hi Michelle, You have some of the best routines💪😎💪. I have a quick question, do I do a different one everyday or is it the same one for the week🤔. I stopped doing in this for a while but I want go get back into it🤗🤗
PiYO maybe 2-3 times a week. You could do everyday but your body needs to recovery for it to get stronger, especially if your really sore. I'd lift some weights 2x a week and add in long walks or maybe a nice bike ride.

Depends on you....when I teach in studio I stay with same routine for a couple of weeks so you master it and at that point you get more out of it.

PiYO can be done 2-3 times a week. More if you like. It's like Yoga where it's a practice and you get more out of it the more you do.
