Such great ideas. I have a cousin lives in Canada who goes down every year with medical supply's to hive back to a church that we attended as kids. They opened up a clinic which I think is a great idea for the community. God Bless Jamaica

Jason - it was in 1978 ( not in the 60s) when I Desmond Henry and I created the brand name community tourism which is how it all started with Mandeville and Treasure Beach being the first places which we researched - and we developed the Sustainable Communities Foundation and Countrystyle Community Tourism Network - please note this and the International Institute for Peace branded Jamaica the Home of Community Tourism later and now it is a worldwide approach towards developing Tourism - it is important that you get the facts -The Astra Country Inn was the first hotel that pioneered community tourism where it was named in 1978 and we are delighted to see the progress you have made in Treasure Beach. Community Tourism is not a niche market - it is the sustainable approach for the development of tourism and community-based tourism is where the niche markets are - eco-tourism, heritage and cultural tourism, health and wellness tourism, agri tourism, post office tourism - we have identified over 40 niche markets! We now have an accredited 5 day entrepreneurship training programme with the UWI Open Campus through our Academy for Community tourism which is available anywhere in Jamaica and the Caribbean. We look forward to working closer with you for the future.

Hello. I love your cooking. It feels like I have my mom in the kitchen with me. I was wondering if you could do a video for rum cake? Please please please!

Zavier George Look up "mad white Jamaican" on youtube. Contrary to popular belief, there are a good handful of white Jamaicans.

This question is almost ignorant. People should really travel more. It really broadens the mind...
